How much does relocation to Prague cost?
Our Essentials package starts at 9,900 CZK and Full Relocation at 19,900 CZK. If you are buying a property through us, the package fee is waived — we are paid from the property transaction instead. Individual services start at 1,500 CZK.
Do you help with buying, or only renting?
Both. Rentals are handled in-house; purchases run with our licensed partner agency, so the transaction is fully compliant with Czech real estate law. You keep one contact person throughout.
Which languages do you work in?
English, Czech, Ukrainian and Russian. Every client gets a person who speaks their language — including at the government offices.
How long does the whole process take?
A rental in Prague typically takes two to four weeks from first call to keys, depending on the season. Residence paperwork runs in parallel. Purchases take longer — usually two to four months.
Can you start before I arrive?
Yes, and it is the better way. We can shortlist properties, book viewings and prepare paperwork so the first week after landing is not wasted.
Do you work with companies relocating employees?
Yes. Corporate relocation is billed per employee against an invoice, with consolidated reporting for HR. Ask us for terms.
